management was the real gem of this hotel. in addition, free wi-fi was provided. just a 5-minute stroll to the center. liked their on-site restaurant hokki, it was good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in ensuring my stay was comfortable, and there were plenty of dining options with 7 to 8 restaurants on the property.

Located near the slopes, amazing mountain views, and great food. Spent xmas here and loved the proximity to the ski slopes and the amazing mountain views from the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and the hot springs were a lovely experience. One of the highlights was being able to try out local Hokkaido cuisine in the hotel's restaurants.

After skiing, there weren't many activities to do besides soaking in the hot springs. The hotel doesn't have many facilities for entertainment, so it's best to bring your own or explore nearby areas.

The breakfast selection was good and staff were friendly. Located close to popular tourist spots and had a beautiful view of the mountains from the room.

The rooms were small for two people and outdated. Limited dining options available, with only an expensive buffet or a long bus ride for alternative options, which was frustrating.
